Delete your Koda account

1. Open Koda and go to Settings.
2. Scroll down to the Account section.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm twice.

Your account and all data are deleted immediately: habits and completion history, tasks, calendar events, attached files, and settings.

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email us at support.koda@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account” from the Google account email you used to sign in to Koda. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

• Your account (email and Google ID)
• All habits and their completion history
• All tasks, subtasks, and attached files
• All calendar events synced or created in Koda
• All app settings stored on the server

No data is retained after deletion. Residual copies in encrypted service backups are purged automatically within 30 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Koda Pro subscription — subscriptions are managed by Google Play. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions before or after deleting the account.
